Parents' Association Activities and EventsBelow is a list of some of the events and activities sponsored by the the 20008-09 OISPA Committee. These are just a few ways for families to become involved in their child's school. Should you wish to learn more about activities sponsored by OISPA, please contact a committee member or send an email to oispa@oslois.no. Christmas Fair - Saturday 6 December1000-1500 Games and crafts for the children in the school gym and a surprise visit from Santa Claus, plus over 20 vendors selling their goods. School Spirit WearIt's exciting to see your OIS spirit around school as you wear your hats, vests and other OIS gear! For those of you who ordered OIS clothing, the order is placed and we expect the shirts, sweatshirts and fleeces in early December. We appreciate your cooperation in meeting our order deadlines and were excited to see such a great response! We will work to distribute these shirts and fleeces as quickly as possible so that you'll have them for the holidays and cold winter weather! Hats, canvas bags, vests and reflective bands are still available - please put an envelop with your child's name, class, your order and your money in the PA box if you'd like to purchase these items. The popularity of the fall order has encouraged us to find new and exciting OIS products for your families to show your school spirit - Stay tuned! Our next clothing order will be in late January - at this time we will also offer t-shirts for the spring and summer. OISPA ScholarshipsOISPA is sponsoring two scholarships for students graduating from the Oslo International School IB programme in May 2009. Application procedures and information will be available shortly.
OISPA Hot Dogs - every WednesdayEvery Wednesday the OISPA sells hot dogs to the students.
