PAYMENT SYSTEM FOR PRE-SCHOOL, Y1 & Y2
HOW IT WORKS
Parents are required to PAY IN FULL UP FRONT on a half year (Sept.- Dec) or yearly basis (Sept.- June) for the amount of hot dogs and/or smoothie that they would like delivered to their child(ren)'s classroom each Wednesday. Please use the amounts listed to the right to calculate what you would like to order.
Parents, you MUST fill out and submit the order form to inform the OISPA of your child’s weekly hot dog and/or smoothie order. Please note, orders without an order form will not be processed!!
Each week, the same number of hot dogs and smoothie will be delivered to your child's classroom based on this “standing” order.
HOW TO PAY
You can purchase new hot dog cards in the OIS front lobby the 1st Wednesday of the month and pay by credit/ debit at drop-off (8.20-9.15 am) and pick-up (14.45-15.30 pm).
On your bank's website, in the area where you normally process online payments:
Make payment to OISPA account #1503.23.83693 for the total amount due
In the message/memo area, please provide your child’s name, year/class, and the number of hot dogs (HD) and/or smoothies (SM) per week that you want your child to have. For example:
Jane Doe PS2A – 2HD 1SM
John Doe PS2B – 1HD 1SM
NOTE: The amounts are examples only!
PLEASE NOTE: Payments will NOT be processed until the completed order form has been received!
Standing orders can only be modified during the first 3 services of each half school year. The deadlines to request changes are:

All changes should be requested in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and must include your child's name, year/class and new amount of hot dogs and/or smoothies that you wish your child to eat. OISPA will then proceed to issue a refund or inform you of the excess money that should be paid.
