ALLOCATIONS PROGRAM
Each year, OISPA organises events and initiatives that help create a more enriching and connected school environment for students, staff, and families.
Through these activities, we raise funds that are reinvested directly back into the OIS community.
Our Allocations Programme supports:

School events and student activities (e.g. Waffle Day, Easter Fun, Trunk or Treat, 17th May celebrations, sports days, dances, and proms)

Staff appreciation initiatives

Family and community events
-
Equipment and resources that enhance the school environment
We warmly welcome ideas and funding proposals from all members of the OIS community: parents, students, and staff.
Autumn Allocations 2026
Applications are now open for funding proposals planned for the 2026/27 school year.
If you have a project, piece of equipment, or event in mind that enriches our school community, we invite you to apply.
Key Guidelines:

Proposals must demonstrate a clear and direct benefit to OIS.

Funding cannot cover items or resources that reasonably fall under the school’s existing operational budget.

All submissions must include an itemised quote (for equipment/materials) or a detailed budget breakdown (for events).

The requested amount must represent the complete total cost (including VAT, delivery, assembly, etc.). Additional funds cannot be granted retroactively.
