ALLOCATIONS PROGRAM
Each year, OISPA organises events and initiatives that help create a more enriching and connected school environment for students, staff, and families. Through these activities, we raise funds that are reinvested directly into the OIS community.
Our Allocations Program supports:

School events and activities (e.g. Community Coffee, student celebrations, sports days, dances, proms, and more)

Staff appreciation initiatives

Family and community events

Equipment and resources that enhance the school environment
We warmly welcome ideas and funding requests from all members of the OIS community: parents, students, and staff.
Spring Allocations 2026
Applications are now open.
If you have a suggestion for equipment, resources, or an event that would benefit the school community, we invite you to apply. Please note that requests must have a clear and direct link to OIS and should not fall under the school’s existing budget responsibilities.
To apply, please submit your proposal by email to info@oispa.com with the subject line: Allocations Spring 2026
Deadline: Friday, 29 May 2026
Applications must include a quote or budget to be considered. Requests for items already covered by the school’s budget will not be reviewed.
